Floating Nightstands

These nightstands slip between the mattress and box spring which allows them to canteliver out from the bed, floating above the floor. I used finger joints for all corners. The drawers slide on wood guides and a specially tied rope prevents them from being pulled out too far. The stands are made of Cambia which is an engineered wood that gets baked at the lumber yard to darken the color.
